Tummies are usually the hardest place to lose fat and tone the muscles. However with a clean diet and all over strengthening and toning exercises you will start to see a difference.  Remember abs are often said to be made in the kitchen 🙂

Routine

Crunches x 12 – 15 reps

Double crunch x 24 reps

Mid air Bicycle x 60 seconds

V Crunch x 12 – 15 reps
