15 Minute Workout

Most of us these days have little time to fit everything into our busy schedules let alone finding hours to work out. Well, stop believing in all those tall stories that you need to work out for 2 hours to have the body you want. You can achieve the body you want with this high intensity work out without leaving your home. You dont even need to buy any of that fancy equipment! Bonus right?

So lets get started.

What you’ll need:
Water bottle
Large floor space, preferably carpeted or use a yoga mat on hard floors
Last but not least you will need a copy of this plan!

Indoor workout

  • 2 Minutes running on the spot (Knees up)
  • 25 max height jumps followed by 5 bodyweight squats
  • 15 pushups
  • 20 bodyweight lunges
  • 20 AB Crunches
  • 25 max height jumps followed by 5 bodyweight squats
  • 15 pushups
  • 20 bodyweight lunges
  • 20 AB Crunches
  • 25 max height jumps followed by 5 bodyweight squats
  • 15 pushups
  • 20 bodyweight lunges
  • 20 AB Crunches
  • 2 Minutes laying on your back, riding the bike with your knees to chest (Like when a little kid) sprinting out the last 2 minutes

Repeat process depending on how fast you do this work out.
