Fruity Protein Mousse

Need a quick,healthy dessert for after dinner? Try my new Fruity Protein Mousse! With only clean ingredients, this will surely satisfy your taste buds without feeling guilty afterwards!

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 cups Greek Yoghurt – 0% Fat if possible
  2. 1 scoop of Natural Protein Powder
  3. 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
  4. 1 mashed banana
  5. 4 sliced strawberries

Mix yoghurt and protein powder until combined. If your yoghurt is runny, try whipping the mix with an electric mixer to aerate the ingredients. Once mixed, add banana, strawberries and chia seeds and stir until combined. Serve within a glass for extra satisfaction and top with extra chia seeds for further crunch :).
