I have this muesli after my work out every morning at 7:30am and it usually satisfies me until roughly 10:30am. I try limiting my Energizer mix to one cup per serve to help reduce my calorie intake (and its quiet filling aswell!).
Makes about 7 days worth
500g rolled oats
100g pumpkin seeds
150g dried unsweetened cranberries
200g sundried sultanas
200g slithered almonds
Fresh strawberries and blue berries
Serve with skim milk or almond milk
*you may also add 1 scoop of pure protein powder (low or no carbohydrate or sugar) for additional protein.
Mix all ingredients together and top with fresh fruit, yogurt and almond/skim or soy milk. Enjoy!
