I think I might secretly love burgers, just too scared to eat one for the fear of addiction and gaining weight lol! I’m kidding, I can’t eat beef or chicken, but I can most certainly eat seafood! So, I’m having a yummy protein and nutrition packed seafood burger for lunch 😉


I nibbled on them a little bit before packing up the rest in my lunch bag, and all I gotta say is yum yum tummy porn! Have a great day guys! Time for me to get to work.

Recipe for salmon: serves 4 mini patties

1/2 pound organic wild salmon (mashed in food processor)
1 tsp organic avocado oil
1 tsp organic raw apple cider vinegar
1/2 clove raw garlic (grated)
2 tbsp organic scallions (chopped)
3 tbsp red bell peppers (chopped)
2 tbsp organic sesame seeds
1 organic cage free egg
Salt and pepper to taste
