New Year, New you?

Often the turn over of a new year is usually linked to people setting themselves new goals in hope to change their current state. It takes commitment, self control and strength to achieve these new goals and incorporate your new way of thinking into your every day life.

I WONT be following any fad diets, taking any miracle diet pills or exercising with no reward this year. I WILL be following a few simple rules which will lead me onto my healthiest year yet. Think positive, exercise daily, eat clean and stay focused.
